I create transformative narratives and wellness tools that bridge the gap between rational understanding and intuitive wisdom, as I work to bring more health, happiness, and magic into the world. 

As a lifelong learner, writer, and spiritual seeker, who is also fascinated by quantum physics, consciousness studies, and esoteric magical practices, I believe that our most profound healing and growth happens at the intersection of scientific understanding, mythic wisdom, and intentional practice.

My long career as a massage therapist and craniosacral practitioner has also given me deep insight into how our inner narratives literally reshape our reality, something the latest neuroscience research validates alongside what mystics have known forever. I witness this often in my clients, and also in myself as I seek my own personal growth. 

Stories take many forms in my world.

Whether I’m writing fiction, creating classes & wellness tools, or crafting informative articles, I’m always weaving narratives that integrate the analytical mind with intuitive wisdom, which in my view is what creates the MAGIC!

My intention with this online space is to create a sort of Map of the World, as I see it, where scientific wonder, mythic wisdom, and magical practice converge to help us all live with greater purpose, health, and empowerment.

And I’m just getting started!  I intend to build my body of work here one creation at a time, until all I wish to communicate is made manifest!
